The Auerhahn Hotel am Schluchsee has a long history that has been shaped by generations. The person who has shaped it the most today is Marius. He has changed many things, rethought many things. Since his grandparents opened the Auerhahn in 1993 and leased it out in the meantime, it is now back in the hands of the Tröndle family. Today, 58 rooms await you - a mix of Black Forest baroque and modern.
Two restaurants invite you in: one for gourmet dinners, the other for small treats in between. Both are regional, authentic, and full of ideas, both are centers for culinary highlights. A stylish bar invites you to linger and discover high-quality drinks—characterized by innovation, taste, and tradition. The spacious wellness area with saunas and a pool offers pure relaxation, whether on rainy days or after an active day in nature.
