The Auerhahn Hotel at Lake Schluchsee has a long history shaped by generations. The person who shapes it most today is Marius. He has changed much, rethought much. Since his grandparents opened the Auerhahn in 1993 and later leased it, it is now back in the hands of the Tröndle family. Today, 58 rooms await you – a blend of Black Forest baroque and modernity.
Two restaurants invite you in: one for the gourmet dinner, the other for a lighter indulgence in between. Both regional, authentic and full of ideas, both a hub of culinary highlights. A stylish bar invites you to linger, to discover premium drinks – shaped by innovation, taste and tradition. The generous wellness area with saunas and pool offers pure relaxation, whether on rainy days or after an active day in nature. This is modern Black Forest living, at the Auerhahn – whether for an active holiday or a romantic short break.
