Hotel Auerhahn brings together three distinct culinary destinations: the vibrant Brasserie Barbara, the Restaurant Auerhahn and the Bar in the conservatory. The Brasserie serves uncomplicated dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. At Restaurant Auerhahn, Chef Yann Bosshammer presents a changing menu shaped by seasonal produce, precise craftsmanship and the Black Forest. The Bar in the conservatory is the place for an aperitif, a glass of wine or an evening nightcap.
